Spring Cheer Smoothie Bowl (Kapha)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup steamed cauliflower florets or frozen cauliflower, thawed
  • handful of spinach
  • 1–2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Optional: 4 drops liquid monk-fruit sweetener or 1 pitted date, to sweeten

Toppings: chia seeds, fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds and blueberries.
